The Sarton family dusts off the master's clocks...

As the year draws to a close, the Sarton family takes a journey through time to embrace the future. Descendants of Dieudonné-Hubert Sarton, the Liège inventor of the winding rotor, a mechanism still used in contemporary automatic movements, they recently unveiled the commemorative watch "Collection Sarton 1748." Designed in collaboration with the Liège-based watchmaker Col&MacArthur, this elegant, numbered piece celebrates the founder of the Liège watchmaking dynasty and his lasting impact on local and international history.
