At Col&MacArthur, the delivery service is active on Mondays of each week to allow delivery within 10 working days.
In case of non-delivery (due to absence at home to receive the parcel or a confusion in the delivery address) the customer will receive a ticket from the deliverer to inform him/her.
At this point, Col&MacArthur strongly recommends that the customer contacts the C&M support team so that they can contact the logistics company to make a second delivery.
Regular contact with Col&MacArthur in this type of situation is the best way to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
In order to satisfy its customers, Col&MacArthur agrees to make emergency deliveries if necessary.
